NDA buyer
Released once a confidentiality agreement is recorded against the opportunity.
Approved buyer
Released to buyers the seller has qualified and approved individually.
Advanced diligence
Sensitive schedules released late, typically after a letter of intent.

- Who can see the documents?
- In this illustrative model each file carries an access level: seller only, NDA buyer, approved buyer or advanced diligence. A buyer only sees material at or below the level the seller has granted them.
- Is this a certified secure data room?
