Only one exclusive licence is available per state, subject to agreement, suitability, commercial terms and ongoing performance requirements. This is a protected territory, not advertising space or reseller access.

What the partner receives

Exclusive territorial rights, a dedicated state presence within the national marketplace, inbound seller and buyer opportunities generated through the platform, access to the platform and AI-assisted deal tools, and the ability to operate locally under the SellMyBiz brand — subject to the final licence agreement.

What SellMyBiz.com retains

Ownership and control of the national brand, the platform and technology, the marketplace architecture and national positioning. Exclusivity is not automatic or perpetual: it depends on the licence agreement and appropriate performance and service standards.

Commercial terms, including any licence fee or revenue arrangement, are available by discussion and proposal. Nothing on this page is an offer, and no licence exists until a signed agreement is in place.
