Which data on the site is fictional?

All business listings, broker profiles, headshots, transaction values, buyer enquiries, state availability statuses and market snapshots are fictional or demonstrative. They are designed to represent realistic US business-for-sale scenarios, but no actual businesses, brokers or deals are referenced unless explicitly stated.

What types of local representation are you seeking?

We are registering experienced business brokers, M&A advisers, regional brokerage groups, transaction-focused CPAs, wealth managers, exit planners and capable local operators who can represent the SellMyBiz brand in a specific state or multi-state territory. The model is one exclusive operating partner per state, subject to agreement and performance standards.

What does an exclusive state partner do?

A state partner acts as the local face of SellMyBiz.com in their territory: listing and advising local sellers, qualifying buyers, supporting transaction workflows and maintaining service standards. The partner receives territorial exclusivity, inbound platform opportunities and access to the technology platform, subject to a signed licence agreement.

Is there a fee to register interest?

No. Submitting the partner registration form is free and creates no obligation. It simply puts you in the review queue for an introductory call and, if suitable, a commercial proposal and licence discussion.

Can I cover more than one state?

You may express interest in up to three states in this registration. Multi-state coverage may be discussed where an applicant has the operational capacity, track record and resources to serve a larger territory to the required standard.
